When is the café open?

Café Elm is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We are open between 9:00am until 4:00pm.The café is available on Saturday and Sunday for private events and parties. Please check our calendar for availability when enquiring online.

Do I need to book a table?

It's not necessary to book a table, however if you require a large table, then we do advise booking in advance so that we can reserve it for you.

We welcome walk-ins during normal opening times.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! We love welcoming families. We have a lovely play area to keep little ones entertained, as well as excellent baby changing facilities (including complimentary baby wipes). We also offer a dedicated children’s menu, so there’s something tasty for even the smallest guests.

Yes, we do! Our children’s menu is designed with little appetites in mind, offering delicious, balanced options that kids love.

Of course! We’re a very dog-friendly café and love meeting your four-legged friends. We provide water bowls, dog biscuits and treats to make sure they feel just as welcome as you do.

We even offer doggie ice-cream, puppachino's and dog treat bags, which are all available to purchase daily.

Is the café wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We have an adapted entrance for easy access, along with accessible toilet facilities to ensure all our guests feel comfortable and welcome. If you have any specific access requirements, please feel free to get in touch before your visit.

Where can I park?

We don't have a designated carpark, however there are lots of side roads that you may park down local to the café.

We also have a disabled space on the road outside the café.

Alternatively, we have permission to park opposite in the nursery carpark on weekdays after 6pm and anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.
