Private hire at Café Elm
Looking for a welcoming space to celebrate a special occasion? Café Elm is available for private hire, offering a relaxed, friendly setting for children’s parties, baby showers, and small celebrations.
All private hire bookings take place outside our normal café opening hours and include exclusive use of the café, hosted by our team to make your event as stress-free as possible.
Exclusive venue hire
£20 per hour
Minimum of 2 hours
All parties and events are held outside our normal café opening hours, so venue hire is required for every booking. You are also required to select a package below and cannot book private hire on its own.
This gives you exclusive use of Café Elm for the duration of your party.

"Me and my daughters love coming to cafe elm, not only because it’s great for kids but it’s also amazing if you’re gluten free. We decided to book a spa party for my eldest daughter’s 7th birthday and it was honestly better than I could have imagined. Leanne is so lovely and accommodating, the set up was fab and the kids had a great time and enjoyed being pampered by the amazing staff. The food was great and the kids especially loved the pancakes.
